Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and us for the use of Wanis OS. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Who we are

Wanis OS is provided by Hisham Ahmed AbdElWanis Mohamed, a sole trader. You can reach us at hesho66@icloud.com or on WhatsApp at +20 100 194 5390.

These terms are governed by the law that applies where you live. If a dispute reaches a court, it will apply that law, and nothing here removes a right it gives you.

2. What the service is

Wanis OS is a cloud business platform: sales and point-of-sale, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, expenses, reporting and tax summaries. It runs in a web browser; there is nothing to install.

We improve the service continuously. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you about any change that materially reduces what you can do before it takes effect.

3. Your trial

A new workspace starts with 14 days of full access. We do not ask for a card at sign-up and we do not charge you automatically when the trial ends.

If the trial ends without a payment, your workspace becomes read-only. You can still sign in, read everything and pay; you cannot add or change records until you do. Nothing is deleted.

4. Price and payment

The price is 249 US dollars per year for one workspace, covering every feature and every user on your team. There is no per-user fee, no setup fee and no module sold separately.

We may change the price. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your next one.

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for that transaction, and Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.

We also accept payment by bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Such a payment is activated when a person confirms it has arrived.

5. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You must give accurate information when you register, and keep it accurate.

7. Your data

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

You can export your records at any time, and you can ask us to delete your workspace. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and for how long.

You are responsible for the legality of what you store and for having the right to store it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to store or transmit malicious code, or to attempt to gain access to data that is not yours.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service or to circumvent its limits. We may suspend a workspace that does, and we will tell you why.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults and events outside our control can interrupt it.

We keep backups, but the service is not a substitute for your own record-keeping obligations.

10. Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end it if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if we must for legal reasons.

If we end the agreement for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
