Refund Policy

What happens if you pay and then want your money back.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Try before you pay

Every workspace starts with 14 days of full access, without a card. That is the intended way to find out whether the product suits you, and it exists so that a refund is rarely needed.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Cancel from the billing page, or write to us.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not by itself refund a period you have already paid for, unless you are within the window below.

3. The 14-day money-back window

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to justify it.

This is deliberately the same length as the free trial: the two together mean that nobody pays for a product they have not chosen.

4. After 14 days

After the 14-day window a paid year is not refundable as a matter of course, because the price is a full year's access at a flat rate and the cost of running it does not come back.

We will still look at genuine cases, and we may refund a proportionate amount at our discretion — for example if the service was unavailable for a substantial period through our fault.

5. How refunds are made

A card payment is refunded by Paddle to the card that paid, so it returns the way it came. Paddle processes it and the money normally appears within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

A bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash payment is refunded by us to the account it came from. Ask us for the details we need.

6. Ending a refunded account

When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends and the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted — you can still sign in, read everything and export it.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces a right the law gives you. Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; where that right applies, this policy is at least as generous as it is.

If you are a consumer in the European Union you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, though we would rather you simply wrote to us first.

8. Contact

To ask for a refund or ask about one: hesho66@icloud.com. Tell us your workspace code and the date of payment and we will find it.
